Tile Laying Robot

Specification
Tile laying robot is used for floor space above 30㎡. It fully automatic laying of floor tiles in sizes of 800*800, 600*600, and 1200*600 which integrates tile adhesive laying and floor tile paving.  It uses laser SLAM navigation, omnidirectional mobile chassis, floor tile global elevation level positioning system, floor tile edge seam visual measurement positioning system, four-point distributed vibration system, adhesive precision laying system and other means to solve the floor tile flatness problem caused by uneven ground and reduce the floor tile hollowing rate, thus improving the paving quality
